Permitting
The “Permitting” services concern those activities that help our customers to obtain the necessary authorizations for an installation and/or a project by the Competent Authorities, in accordance with Italian requirements and also, if abroad, with International Standards.
Compliance
The “Compliance” services are used by companies to achieve the highest standards and performances in the environmental, health and safety, in order to maintain existing permits. We assist customers to design, plan and implement processes and systems able to guarantee the compliance with legal and permit requirements, their Corporate policies and if necessary International Standards.
Sustainability
In the “Sustainability” services, Shelter rigorously systematizes the international reporting standards with the know-how gained in the field of audit and compliance, in addition to the ability to measure and share the value generated by the Organizations and their projects in the three dimensions of Sustainability: Environmental, Social and Governance/Economic (ESG).
Enviromental Monitoring
The “Environmental Monitoring” services are aimed at all companies that need on-site monitoring to obtain authorizations and/or permits, or in order to maintain them. They concern the execution of an existing Monitoring Plans or the preparation of new plan “ad hoc” based on the specific reference legislation in support of an industrial activities or program.
