The client is an Italian engineering firm operating in the Oil & Gas sector. With approximately 1,000 employees, it is a leading player in Italy for pure engineering services. Following the acquisition of numerous international contracts, the company identified a need to ensure consistency in the drafting and updating of its HSE Management Systems across individual projects, in compliance with both regulatory requirements and its own internal guidelines.

We have developed integrated HSE management systems and updated procedures and operating instructions.

Activities

Drafting and updating documentation in compliance with Eni guidelines and international certification standards (UNI EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) for national and international projects (Ghana, Indonesia, Egypt, Mozambique, United Kingdom, LNG carriers, and Headquarters in Italy).
Planning and execution of technical audits on HSE Management Systems and legislative compliance audits, in accordance with international certification standards and the Client's internal regulatory system.
Delivery of HSE training activities for personnel, in compliance with applicable international regulations and standards and Eni guidelines.
